All estimated delivery time are derived from real data collected from past orders. 

Order Processing Time: 1-2 Working Days

USA Delivery Time: 3-7 Working Days (From USA Local Warehouse)

Other Countries Delivery Time: 15-20 Working Days (Air Shipping From Factory)

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Track Your Order

After we dispatching your order, we will send the tracking number to you via email. If you haven't received your tracking number within the 4 working days of ordering, please check your junk mailbox first, or contact our customer service: service@detoxcellspa.com/ info@detoxcellspa.com

Please note: If a product has been shipped and the customer refuses to accept the product for personal reasons, or if it is returned directly for reasons not negotiated with us, then the costs incurred in returning the product will be paid by the customer.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, if there was a mistake or you change your mind, you can cancel your order before shipment.

Before Shipment: If your order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a restocking fee (8% of the order amount) will be deducted from your refund. 

After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped out, it can not be canceled. And the return shipping fee, the original shipping fee (10% of order amount) and the restocking fee (8% of the order amount) should be paid by customer.

I Entered My Address Incorrectly

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email providing us the corrected information within 12 hours of ordering via email service@detoxcellspa.com.

My Item Arrived Damaged

While we ship every order with extra padding to mitigate such issues. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 orders arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment of our packages. We apologize sincerely if this happens to you.

But not to worry. If this happens to you, please contact us with:

- Your full name 
- Your order number
- A picture or video of the damaged packaging as well as the product inside

This is required for us to file a claim with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Once we receive your email with the required information requested, we'll be happy to send out a replacement as quickly as possible!
